Digital Identity Guidelines (Special Publication 800-63B) significantly in 2024
+Digital Identity Guidelines (Special Publication 800-63B) significantly in 2017

Why this is better

The article body already correctly stated NIST's SP 800-63B guidance was updated in 2017, but the FAQ JSON-LD field still contained the unverified 'NIST's 2024 Digital Identity Guidelines' date. Fixed the FAQ answer, re-encoded using its exact base64/JSON operation sequence, and verified via re-fetch that '2024' no longer appears anywhere in the post and the FAQ array still decodes correctly with '2017' present.
