Both Priyanka Vergadia quotes and the anonymous partner-director quote were converted to unattributed plain prose, preserving the informational content. The salary-uplift table's unverified-precision per-role dollar ranges were replaced with qualitative uplift descriptions (e.g. 'Modest uplift', 'Meaningful uplift').
