    Qualified one overstated claim: softened the JWST early-galaxy finding from 'galaxy formation proceeded more rapidly than standard cosmological models allow' to noting this may reflect gaps in galaxy-formation modeling specifically, with active debate over whether it requires revising standard cosmology. Verified as accurate and left unchanged: Huggins's 1860s stellar-spectroscopy work, the correct Lippershey (not Galileo) telescope-invention attribution, the heavier-than-iron/supernovae/GW170817 neutron-star-merger element-formation account, the 1995 Mayor-Queloz 51 Pegasi b discovery, and the Fermi paradox framing (already hedged with 'plausibly').
